NSW EPA Legislative requirements state – “Removal and repair of fuel infrastructure, tanks and lines must be undertaken by duly qualified contractors in accordance with NSW legislation and guidance, relevant Australian Standards, and applicable work health and safety legislation: see Storage and Handling of Dangerous Goods Code of Practice (WorkCover NSW 2005).”
